Mmmm......Cheese

Now this is my kind of veggie burger....

A cheese factory in Michiel and Sue's home of Küssnacht makes these surprisingly good cheese steaks. They come in two different flavors and you grill them like a regular steak. They don't melt or become gooey, just nice and flavorful and chewy like a good steak. Who knew?

Only in Switzerland, right? Now this week our job is to get rid of the leftover raclette cheese that we still have in the freezer......
